Today, owning a swimming pool can be for everyone! It's easier and more affordable than ever. Our finance department, Aqua Lending, will work hard to find the lender that offers the most attractive programs to meet your needs.

Complete and submit your swimming pool application via the web. There is no cost or obligation to submit an application.

• We will contact you with an approval within 48 hours and inform you of any lender conditions.
• Upon your approval of the terms and conditions of the loan, we will complete the processing of your loan request.
• If your loan request has been denied we will contact you and you will receive a letter of denial from the lender.
• You will receive a "Good Faith Estimate" from the lender who approved your loan request. It is an estimate of charges you are likely to incur in connection with a settlement.
• When the conditions have been met for the loan approval we will contact you and schedule your loan to be closed at your residence or some other convenient place.
• It normally takes approximately ten days to close a swimming pool loan. There is a 3-day recession (waiting period) after the close of your loan after which the lender will disburse the loan.
• Disbursement will be made directly to you in the form of checks made out to you and the swimming pool dealer in amounts that correspond to the swimming pool construction stages. Then all you need to do is endorse the checks and give them to the swimming pool dealer in accordance to the swimming pool contract.
• Enjoy your new swimming pool!

Swimming Pool Dealers or any party involved in the process of your loan request will be safeguarded according to strict standards of security and confidentiality. We will limit the collection and use of your information to the minimum we require to deliver superior service. However, Finance Office makes no warranties, representations or guarantees regarding the privacy of the information used by your Swimming Pool Dealer, Lender, or any other parties involved in processing your loan request. As a condition of your usage of the Finance Office processing web site and your placement of private information on the site, you agree by your usage that the Finance Office will have no liability for the privacy or use of the information you place on this site nor liability for any damages resulting from the use of your information. We will continually assess ourselves to ensure that your privacy is respected and will conduct our business in a manner that fulfills your loan request to the best of our ability.

By submitting an application you are certifying that all information contained in that application is complete and accurate in all respects, and that the application is made with the intent that your Dealer, as indicated on the application, and any financial institution to whom your Dealers offer that application, rely on the information contained therein in extending credit to you. The application shall remain the property of your Dealer or its assignees. By submitting an application you authorize your Dealer and any financial institution to which the application may be offered to obtain information from any source whatsoever they may require to reach a credit decision.
